Program Coordinator – Internships, Placements & Alumni Relations

Ms Vinuta is a seasoned Human Resources and Operations professional specializing in institutional talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and lifecycle governance within higher education. In her role at IIIT Bangalore, she coordinates operational strategies across student internships, corporate placements, and alumni relations to strengthen institutional-industry partnerships.
Prior to joining IIITB, Ms Vinuta managed end-to-end recruitment pipelines and HR operations for premier academic institutions, including RV College of Engineering ISBR Business School. She has successfully scaled and governed workforce structures for organizations using advanced HRIS frameworks like SAP SuccessFactors and KEKA. Beyond core talent management, she brings a strong background in institutional compliance, having actively contributed critical workforce data and documentation toward top-tier academic accreditations, including NIRF, NBA, NAAC,LIC.
At IIITB, Ms Vinuta leverages her deep understanding of institutional governance, process standardization, and relationship management to streamline placement operations, foster industry partnerships, and cultivate a highly connected alumni network.
