Virtual Tour

Radar Sensing Lab works in the broad spectrum of applications of radar. In particular, the team currently works on problems specific to automotive, medical, and communication applications. The availability of off-the-shelf radars has enabled us to explore new problems and their applicability. We work closely with the industry and are open to collaboration with universities and government organizations. The team and infrastructure are progressively growing to accept challenging problems and solve them.

We look forward to motivated students who are inclined towards research (MS by Research and Ph.D.) in such domains. Interested candidates shall email their resume with their Statement of Work to vinod.reddy@iiitb.ac.in.

Updates!

  • Thumbs Up: IIITB and Continental Automotive have entered into an MoU. We look forward to active research and learning activities between the two partners.
  • Congratulations to Avinash and Vinay for the acceptance of their paper, "Cross-frequency adaptation for radar-based human activity recognition using few-show learning", IEEE GeoScience and Remote Sensing Letters, 2023 (IF: 4.8).
  • Congratulations to Avinash and Vinay for the acceptance of their paper, "Analysis of Segmented Spectrograms for Human activity recognition via Neural Network” in the 10th International Conference on Pattern Recognition and Machine Intelligence (PReMI2023), 2023.
