Head - Strategic Partnerships, Alumni Relations, Career Development (SPARC)
Roshni DSouza is a leader with 20 years of experience across industry and academia, currently serving as Head – Strategic Partnerships, Alumni Relations, and Career Development (SPARC) at IIIT-Bangalore. She leads corporate partnerships, career development, alumni engagement, learning and development initiatives, training programs, and team management with a focus on building scalable ecosystems that connect students, alumni, and industry. With her expertise as a counselling psychologist, she has been instrumental in designing mentorship frameworks, advancing institutional wellbeing strategies, and developing impact-driven programs that foster student success and professional readiness. At IIIT-B, she has also led portfolios in further education and short-term programmes (management and finance), innovation center and research department, scholarship office, and event management.
Before joining IIIT-Bangalore, Roshni worked with organizations including Baid Global Ventures, A K Capital Services Ltd, CAPntel™ Executive Search (India) Pvt. Ltd, 5 E-Serpraise, and Intelenet Global Services (Barclays). An alumna of institutions such as Bhavan’s College, IGNOU, NIMHANS and Purdue University, she holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics, and diplomas in Career Counselling, Adolescent Psychology, and Community Psychology, along with a Bachelor’s in Commerce (Finance and Human Resources). Passionate about fostering human-centric cultures and future-ready talent, she continues to bridge academia and industry through strategic leadership. Beyond work, she enjoys reading, music, and dance.
