Speaker's Bio: Mr. Arsh Goyal is an AI Content Creator and a Senior Software Engineer, having worked at organizations like Samsung, ISRO and a gold medalist from NIT Jalandhar, he brings deep experience in AI, system design, and developer education.
Arsh has delivered over 150 tech talks, taught 50,000+ learners, and built a community of 1.4M+ followers across platforms. Recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice, he is one of India’s most influential tech educators and speakers in the AI space.
Abstract: India stands at a pivotal moment in its technological evolution. With a vibrant youth population and an expanding digital infrastructure, the nation is uniquely positioned to become a global leader in technology and innovation. However, to fully realize this potential, it is essential to build a robust and inclusive tech pipeline that nurtures talent from every corner of the country including small towns and underrepresented communities.
In this session, he will draw from his journey as a software engineer, educator, and content creator who grew up in a small town in Punjab and studied at NIT Jalandhar. he will explore how technology is not only reshaping jobs, but also democratizing access to opportunities. The session will highlight three critical pillars: early exposure to STEM education, industry-academia collaboration, and the power of content creation in bridging knowledge gaps.
A key focus will be on cultivating an agentic workforce with individuals empowered with the skills, mindset, and autonomy to proactively shape their careers and contribute meaningfully to innovation.
