Shubha Krishnamurthy is an Assistant Professor at IIIT Bangalore. She holds a PhD in Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and was a post-doctoral fellow at IIIT Bangalore in the AI Innovation and Inclusion Initiative (A4I) project. Her doctoral research focuses on digitalization in the healthcare domain, examining IS adaptations in remote care delivery processes and their impact on health outcomes. Her research aims to inform healthcare providers and policymakers for the effective utilization of remote care delivery systems. Prior to her doctoral studies, she has over two decades of industry experience in software product development, having worked with organisations such as Shell India, Intuit, Dell Technologies, and others.
