Sahana M. Prabhu

Sahana M. Prabhu obtained her Ph.D. in image processing and computer vision from the Electrical Engineering department in IIT Madras (guide: Prof. A.N. Rajagopalan). She has a decade of industrial research experience in GE and Bosch. At the time of joining IIIT-B, she has fifteen research publications in reputed journals and conferences and has filed seven industrial patents. Her present areas of interest include Deep Learning, Vision-Language Foundation Models and Generative AI. Her research spans across diverse domains, including autonomous driving, medical imaging, retail analytics and optical inspection.
