Every year, the months of March, April and May see a flurry of activities at IIITB, owing to the end of the semester evaluations and admissions cycles for all programs -- April 2016 was no exception. April 2016 also saw the 9th edition of excITe programme where 52 students from selected high schools spent a week interacting with IIITB faculty. We conducted the Alumni meet and welcomed the new council members of MITRA Team. The weather in Bengaluru has become noteworthy owing to the soaring temperatures -- April 25, 2016 saw the highest recorded temperature of 39.2 degrees Celsius, breaking a 85-year record. The summer vacations will be a welcome break to all students!Happy reading!
