The SAN project involves the implementation of a large-scale application on a SAN box, taking into consideration, various parameters related to performance and reliable functioning of the overall system. In the initial phase of the project, a Sorting Server was developed and the queuing model of the system was studied for various traffic distribution patterns. The performance metrics were recorded and analyzed for the same.
