Sadagopan is a prolific writer. In addition
to his research publications he has authored two books - “Management
Information Systems” (1997) published by Prentice Hall and “Enterprise
Resource Planning for Managers” (2000) published by Tata McGraw
Hill. His books on Multimedia and e-Business are under preparation. He
has written several book chapters and book reviews.
He writes extensively on several areas of IT and its impact on
society. He is a featured columnist for the Times of India, the
largest circulated English daily newspaper in the world, where he
writes a fortnightly column e-education, that provides deep
insights into the various facets of IT, the emerging technologies,
upcoming areas, promising Indian IT companies and generic career
advice for young college graduates and IT professionals.. He also
writes frequently in the “Tech Bytes” column in Economic
Times the newspaper that is a must read for CEO’s and decision
makers in India. He has a column on “Look at IT” for
Financial Express, the fastest growing business newspaper in India
where he writes on emerging technology, promising IT products and key
developments in IT industry. He writes an “Analysts Corner” for CIO
Magazine where he demystifies technology for the hassled CIO’s of
Indian corporations. He has been writing columns for many years in the
premier Indian print magazines in IT – Computers Today,
Dataquest, Express Computers. Since 1995 he started writing
for several portal sites including AllIndia.Com (including a Q
& A Section), ITSpace, ZDNetIndia, IndiaTimes and many other sites.
