Mr. B.V. Naidu, Group CEO of VANPIC and Vice Chairman, Matrix Exports, Hyberbad. Previously, he was the Managing Director of SemIndia Systems Ltd, located in Bangalore India. Prior to joining SemIndia, Mr. Naidu was the Director of Software Technology Parks of India, Bangalore. Under his leadership STPI, Bangalore has grown to become one of India's finest technology parks and the biggest. Mr. Naidu has played a key role in IT infrastructure in Bangalore in addition to facilitating the IT industry as a whole. Mr. Naidu started off as an R&D Engineer in Education and Research Network (ERNET) project of the Government of India.

Mr. Naidu is a member of the Karnataka Chief Minister's Task Force on Information Technology, Founder Member of IIIT-B, Founder Member of Karnataka IT Fund and a Charter Member of TiE, Bangalore.

Mr. Naidu obtained his BE degree from Andhra University and his ME degree from the Madras Institute of Technology.
