INNOFEST, the first of its kind, is the First Inter-Collegiate Technical Festival hosted by IIIT-B on Mar 17,2010. Resonance of Innovation and Technology together is the theme on which we organised the tech-fest. With the motto 'Redefining Innovation', it had around 300 participants from all the leading technical and non-technical institutes.

Technical events like Circuit design contest, Signal Processing contest, IIIT designed game I-chess, Code butter and Bug Samurai, IEEE events like Paper Presentation contest, IDEA and Teach your Professor, Informal events like Dumb charades, Mad Ads, Informal Quiz and JAM, Gaming events like NFS Underground-2 and Unreal Tournament, Workshop on Network Security by Fiberlink, Geographical Information Science by ISRO, Embedded Systems by Analog Devices, Web 2.0 by Adobe were part of the technical fest.

The USP of the festival was 'Gadgets' which was the major attraction. Prizes varied from XBOX 360 to Vista Licenses by Microsoft, HP Printers and iPaq, Nokia Phones, Motorola Phones, Apple Nano iPod from Covansys, Play Station Portable, Pen Drives, Webcams, Headsets, Joysticks, T-shirts, etc.

Computer Kitchen, a virtual space which fulfills the computing and IT needs of Corporate, offering the best in technology across a wide spectrum of products and vendors had a stall full of gadgets with new concepts and solutions to provide an enjoyable Digital Lifestyle.

The special event of the festival was to watch India Vs Sri Lanka World Cup Cricket Match on a Big Screen.
