The 11th Annual Convocation of the institute was held on 10th July 2011. Prof. Thomas Kailath, Hitachi America Professor of Engineering(emeritus), Stanford University was the Chief Guest.

A batch of 149 students of both PhD and post graduate students were awarded the degrees.
