Faculty members are entitled to issue 10 books at a time for a full semester.
Teaching Assistants will be issued 5 books at a time for 1 month.
Students can issue no more than 2 books at a time for a week, apart from course books.

Course Reserve Books/Magazines/CDROMs are issued only on an overnight basis.

Renewals: Books can be renewed twice, if there is no reservation for that particular book.

Reservation: Students are allowed to reserve only one book at a time.

Fines: Late fee of Rs.3/- per day per book is levied on students for overdue books.

Book Lost/Damaged.
If any book/magazine/CDROM is lost during the borrowing period, please inform the librarian immediately. The cost of procuring, or the original cost the book/magazine/CDROM, whichever is the higher, will be recovered from the borrower in case of loss/damage.
