Camera Ready Paper Submission Guidelines


  • Authors of the accepted papers should strictly adhere to the following guidelines while submitting their final camera ready manuscript(s). Any paper found violating these will not be accepted for the conference proceedings.

    1.

    No pictures or biographies of the authors are allowed anywhere in the manuscript.

    2.

    The paper should be no longer than six pages, 10pt and should follow the IEEE double column format. Please use the WORD / LATEX templates given below while formating your paper.

    3.

    For inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings, every accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one full registration. Where an author has more than one accepted paper, he/she has to register for each paper separately.

    4.

    The deadline for submission of the final manuscript in PDF format, after incorporating reviewers' comments if any, is October 20, 2008. No extension will be given. All final manuscripts should be submitted only through EDAS portal.

    5.

    The pre-registration deadline for the authors of the accepted papers is October 25, 2008.

    6.

    The completed IEEE copyright form must be submitted online through EDAS by October 20, 2008.

    7.

    All PDF submissions should be IEEE Xplore compliant. If your file is not Xplore complaint, it will NOT be published and will be removed from the IMSAA 2008 conference proceedings and the IEEE Xplore database. To meet these requirements, you must ensure that your PDF file is compliant by using the IEEE PDF express system before you submit your paper to the EDAS portal.

    Best Paper Award

    As evaluated by TPC Chairs and TPC Members THREE papers will be given Best Paper Award for IMSAA 08 viz 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively. The winners will be declared during the conference. These awards have been supported by Telcordia, USA.

      Camera ready paper: It will be in double-column, IEEE format, but in 10 pt font,
      and no longer than 6 pages (including all figures and references).
