For Camera Ready Paper and Poster: Authors Instructions
The page limit for the camera ready version is 5 pages. While preparing the manuscript, the authors are requested to stick to the following manuscript format.
1.Margins

a. Page numbers
b. Headers
c. BookMarks
3.Figures
Preferably, all figures in the manuscript should be included as .EPS files. If the figures are to be included as JPG or GIF it must meet the following specifications:

4. Detailed formatting instructions can be found in the following document (format_def_tbl.pdf).
The authors are free to use their own good judgment in the presentation of your information. These instructions are meant to be only guiding tools and helpful tips. However, basic adherence to layout specifications is expected.
a. Use the ( sample_manuscript.pdf) as a visual aid for formatting.
b. LATEX2e:
UNIX/LINUX users to use (IEEEtran.tar.gz) file for formatting the document in Latex
WINDOWS/MAC users to use (IEEEtran.zip) style file for formatting the document in Latex.
Note: Authors MUST use the [conference] style as the document class within Latex.
c. WORD:
WORD users to use the ( IMSAATemplate.doc) template for preparing the manuscript.
After the WORD document is ready, the authors must convert the document to PDF using Adobe Acrobat Distiller. The Adobe Acrobat Distiller settings to be used ( PDF-Settings-File.zip)
d. COMPLIANCE:
Please follow the instructions given by TPC-Chairs for camera ready paper through E-mail.
e. COPYRIGHT:
NOTE : Submissions in any document format except PDF will NOT be accepted for publication. Paper Submission without copyright form will also not be accepted for publication Important:Each paper must submit a fully completed IEEE copyright form as well—to submit electronically via EDAS, please go to their "My Papers" tab in EDAS, click on the '(c)' icon under the column "Copyright Form" where the paper is located, and follow the links to fill up the necessary information. Note that the deadline for submitting this copyright form is also ***October 24, 2007***.
In rare cases where Web submission of copyright is not possible, SIGN a Copyright form (Copyright.pdf) and fax it to +91-80-2852-7636 and send a scanned copy of the copyright form to the following email address
